Notice Requirement (>24 Hours): If you need to cancel or reschedule a live lesson, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson start time. Lessons canceled with at least 24 hours' notice will be rescheduled or credited to your account.
Late Cancellation (<24 Hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson start time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
No-Show Policy: If a student fails to attend a scheduled Zoom lesson within 15 minutes of the start time, the instructor reserves the right to end the session. The lesson will be marked as a "No-Show" and forfeited without refund or credit.
If an instructor cancels a lesson due to illness or technical failure, ARERI INC will offer you the choice of:
Rescheduling the lesson for a mutually convenient time, OR
Receiving a full credit/refund for the canceled session.
Due to the immediate access nature of digital materials (e.g., downloadable PDF worksheets, graphic dictations, pre-recorded video modules, interactive software tests), all sales of digital downloadable items are final and non-refundable once access or download links are delivered.
Under EU and UK consumer protection regulations, consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from online contracts. However:
By making a purchase and accessing, streaming, or downloading digital content on school.areri.net, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once digital access is granted.
Cancellation Anytime: If your course or LMS access operates on a recurring subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing info@areri.net.
Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the course through the end of the paid period. Partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle are not provided.
We encourage parents and clients to contact our support team directly at info@areri.net to resolve any billing issues or misunderstandings. Unauthorized chargebacks initiated through banks or payment providers without prior contact may result in immediate suspension of account access on school.areri.net.
To submit a refund or credit request, please email info@areri.net with:
Student / Account Name
Order / Receipt Number (or Stripe/Zelle transaction details)
Reason for the request
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days upon approval.
